I am an American who has been living in Bordeaux, France for four years. I've worked for many years in the restaurant / hotel industry. My hobbies include reading, yoga, cooking, and walking my dog. I enjoy helping people learn to communicate in English. My teaching style is friendly and conversation based. I like to talk about current events with my students as I find this makes learning more enjoyable.

I am an American who has lived in France for fourteen years. I attended university in Providence, Rhode Island USA. I have seventeen years experience in the restaurant industry, having worked in hotels and restaurants in the USA and England. I started teaching English three years ago, and have a TEFL qualification. I have taught all levels and all age groups, individual lessons, and group lessons. I was an assistant English teacher for one year at a French lycée; I currently teach at the Chambre de Metiers in Bordeaux France, where I teach English to professionals from very varied backgrounds. I have also coached people who were preparing for entrance exams for business school.
